HOW TO BUY

It's as easy as “clicking” in the box texted “ADD TO CART” for each  item. The product will be added to your Shopping Cart showing all item details and so on for every new product added. 
You can “CONTINUE SHOPPING” or make any modifications to your order. Also sign in as a “NEW USER” or “AUTHENTICATE” your Login & Password, if you have been “registered”.

SIGN IN.

Sign in as PROFESSIONAL of HAIRDRESSING SALON or BARBER SHOP to get the special terms RegincósHair offer you.

Sign in as customer “clicking” on NEW USER and by completing a simple form, you will receive an email with the login access you have chosen.

CONTINUE SHOPPING.

At the top of the page (on every site page), there is a cart logo with a small box section where you can always see the total amount (quoted in € Euros) of your shopping process. By clicking on “SEE MY CART”, you will see again all the information regarding your shopping items.

CONFIRM ORDER

On the “ORDER” page, you will have all the information of your purchasing process with all shopping items, units, prices and the options to Cancel, Add or Deduct units, Continue Shopping and Confirm Order. 
When you have finalized the order, click on CONFIRM ORDER to fill in the delivery form. 

DELIVERY FORM

Complete and fill in your “Delivery Form” with the requested information to receive your order. If your billing address is different, click on “Billing address” and then on “SEND”. There will appear an extra form to fill in with your billing details. End this process clicking on “SEND” to choose your method of delivery.

DELIVERY

This step will show you how to choose your method of delivery (Post or Courier) and separated amounts of your total purchasing price. If you are in agreement, click on ACCEPT to proceed with your bank payment.

SALES TAX (VAT).

All item prices shown in the “RegincosHair.com” site, are with sales taxes (VAT included), which is applicable by law by all European Union Country members.
Shipping orders addressed outside the E.U.countries (including the Canary islands, Ceuta & Melilla), are exempted from this sales tax.

PAYMENT

On the “Payment” page our online system will show your Purchasing Order Reference Code (XXX-00000) and the total amount to pay. Clicking on “PAYMENT” our site will connect you directly to the Bank site in order to proceed with your credit card information and confirm your shopping payment.

METHOD OF PAYMENT 

All payments to “RegincosHair.com” are made by credit card, VISA or MASTER, also with any other card from the “LaCaixa”, bank where we process payment under the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) system certified by the bank.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER.

When your bank payment process is finalized, “RegincosHair.com” will email your purchasing order copy with full details.
We suggest you keep this copy until you receive your goods.

DELIVERY TIME.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are paid. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not ship orders at weekends and holidays.
Delivery time will depend on destination and method of transport. All the information is available in our site section “Help / Delivery Time”.
 
Deliveries to P.O.Box addresses will not be accepted.
Your original invoice copy is also enclosed with the shipment.
