How to process a return or an incident?
Contact us at info@regincoshair.com indicating your invoice number and the reasons for the incident or return. You have 14 days from the receipt of the product to request a return.
Are returns free of charge?
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or transport damage, at no cost to the customer.
Exchanges or returns for reasons other than defects or damage will be at the customer's expense.
When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
The refund is issued within 24 to 72 hours once the returned product has been received.
Can personalised products be returned?
No. Personalised products are excluded from the right of return.
